Both would be nice.

A fixed basic salary is important so that you can plan and if you want to have credit, e.g. for ne Immo.

The basic salary should be sufficiently high that you can live well so that you can’t get problems if it doesn’t work well, e.g. Sickness or because the industry shrubs…

Provision or the like can be a great extra but that the always minimum in height X can not be left for all promises.

It’s not about illness later. You may not be able to run through the car house for 2 months because you have broken the foot or similar spits that directly affect a commission or other things of the type but do not affect a fixed salary.

With a high salary, I mean that it is absolutely sufficient if the percentages are €0.

Minimum.

I don’t think you can only get a percentage in D. We have a minimum wage. But if you plan your fixed costs with commission or the like, you have problems to pay when the money fails.

Hard is just better calculable.

I used to have a job with points/winning. It’s just stressful. You save personnel costs to collect points, but then you have to jump in emergencies and do the job. And you’ve managed to get rich, next year your budget is even stricter, so you can make points/provisions this year, you need to be even better next year to achieve this again.

Always depends on the billing system.

Percentages can be cool. But also a real problem.

Thus, our employees earn one or other model according to their wishes.

It’s just stupid if the one employee, with the percentage contract at a wedding, works where all this is flat and he doesn’t get percentages. Because we don’t deserve any more if he does more!

As so often, this depends on the exact circumstances.
