I would go so far and say that people who sell “herbal blends” and other products, in which it is not clear what you actually get, can in principle not be reputable. They don’t have any kind of imprint, so they don’t know who to do it.

If these products are actually legal, this means that they must be relatively new substances. There is no or at best very little research on these. The users of these substances are thus available as experimental rabbits.
