Is it too much sugar & how much should you eat? Does only "added sugar" count?

Hello.

I like to eat overnight oats or other things (less fruit because of the fructose, but I do eat fruit). When I add everything up (but only the "natural sugar"), I get around 50-60g. For example, in high-protein puddings, semolina porridge (all with sweeteners). Then I add my regular milk (3.5%) and then, for example, quark or other (fruit-free) foods.

I don't eat real sugar. I don't eat chocolate or sweets or baked goods like cakes, sweet knots, etc. I drink water and unsweetened tea.

Only things with sweeteners, when I feel like something sweet

Hello,

Is it too much sugar & how much should you eat?

WHO recommends that sugar account for a maximum of 10% of total energy supply

Doesn’t it count “injurious sugar?

No, all sugars (mono- and disaccharides) count

No, only added/free sugar counts.
