Is it unhealthy to walk at least 15 thousand steps every day?
Because of my job, I walk so much. I'm currently in training and always do about 15-20,000 steps. Isn't that unhealthy at a certain point? My legs and feet always hurt, and I'm so exhausted.
As long as you don’t have to lift hard, it is probably not directly harmful, at least not physically harmful.
But 15,000 steps per day would be really much, so a healthy target is often referred to as 5,000 to 10,000 steps.
I think the problem will be more likely to be that you lack the energy for leisure and recreational sports, especially if everything hurts you. If you’re leaving every evening with pain at home, it’s gonna hit the psyche sooner or later.
Welcome to the world of work. It is not healthy, on the contrary. You just have to adjust your diet.
As much as no human being actually running at work
This is even super healthy.(And your legs will not hurt any more.)
I’ve been there for 7 days. I burn too much calories wanted to increase because I’m too thin that doesn’t do well
Just eat more.
In 2000, I read where.
But a whole thing of reconciliation.
The more the better. Our ancestors laughed 30 km daily.
