No, it’s not unhealthy. 3 liters of liquid per day (from drinks) are completely within the frame.

Not a few people react to so much gas, however, with stomach discomfort, pressure feeling etc., that is then rather a matter of well-being. In this case you should prefer quiet water.

No, it’s very healthy!

If you have the feeling of getting blows from it yourself, that can happen with very sensitive people, but rarely.

No, that’s good 👍. Drinking is important and if you drink something more it shouldn’t be bad!

I don’t think so. Can’t stop that you have a lot of air in your stomach

I’ve heard something about water poisoning when you drink too much water

Yes, in extreme cases, if you drink 10l at once or so. The electrolytes are then washed out. In the case of maids, this can happen if they drink a lot of water, because they want to manipulate the number in the weighing before the doctor (in order not to be instructed or forced to increase).

Yes, but this happens in larger quantities, this is not a long time.

Hello, Yolohorlwehz.

No, it’s not unhealthy.

On the contrary: 2-3 l a day even serves health.

Greetings, Renate.
