Ist es schlimm wenn man nur das selbe isst?

Hallo

ich esse seit 1 Woche fast nurnoch das selbe. Magerquark mit Obst und manchmal mit Cornflakes…. Ich esse kaum noch etwas anderes also eben nicht oft…. Ist das schlimm? 😅

This is definitely balanced and healthy and therefore you have all the nutrients. But isn’t that boring? Every morning for breakfast, you can continue to eat it, but lunch and evening is best different. It is also enough if you take oat flakes or muesli or granola instead of corn flakes and always take other fruits and not always the same.

Where are they? All Nutrients? There is something lacking until balanced nutrition.

Fruits – Vitamins

Quark – Proteins

Cornflakes – Carbohydrate

Is everything there, right?

And she only eats FAST the same. So sometimes something different. And then maybe some fat ones.

if your weight remains in the normal range, that is, I think, no problem: a healthy person can feed himself for 1-2 months completely one-sidedly (e.g. water udn white bread) without any signs of deficiency.
