No, it’s normal if you’re sad and you don’t have to be ashamed of it.

If sadness becomes permanent, however, you should seek psychotherapeutic help.

No, because just as “being happy” is part of life. We all have to deal with challenges – smaller and larger – but with fates that we have to deal with from time to time – times less.

it is even good and healthy to admit grief and to be aware of it.

after each valley comes a mountain again.

To be ashamed – for a normal emotion – is counterproductive and not appropriate.

Accept the sad phases and see that you draw strength from it to do the right thing and always be aware of it: the sad phase – like every phase – goes over again and notice once this has happened.
