Is it bad to eat a lot after you've done sports? I mean hard endurance sports and swimming, not the gym?

Is it bad or good if you eat a lot afterwards?

I haven't eaten as much as I just ate in a long time

With a lot of movement you need more food. It’s so normal.

It is quite normal that you have much more hunger when you have consumed a lot of energy in sports.

You only build fat if you are in a calorie excess for a longer period

If you’re hungry once after sport, don’t grow fat immediately

And clearly, especially if you take enough protein to you, you train your muscles and next time you are a little more powerful

No, it’s even very good because you burn calories that you can get back in unless your goal is to take it off then it would be counterproductive 🤭.

And we don’t say too much about 1 to 2 hours before going to eat..

If you only get a lot of “freeze” this is off the fat, you will get thick a pale belly and darm problems like I 😂😇 is by the way not funny have a so-called irritant/intestinal pain so often, but if you are a lot and do sports, this is in your muscles and you can get fitter /breader

Not your body needs to rebuild. I just want you to eat the right things. Mostly protein.
