Normally not. For example, if you are healthy and wash your laundry once a week, this is usually completely okay. If you are sick or were sick or wash the laundry much less, the temperature should perhaps be higher.

If it gets warmer than 35 degrees, then I refuse work and don’t wash anymore. But with us it is rarely warmer than 40 degrees.

What’s wrong? The number of killed pathogens will be smaller than 60 or even 95 degrees, but usually this should be sufficient.

You see yourself. The more “grey eggs” the laundry has after washing, the worse.
