Ist es schlecht, ungewaschene Kartoffeln im Wasser zu kochen? Wie sieht es aus, wenn es vereinzelt grüne/keimende Kartoffeln gibt, die ich mitkoche?

If you cook everything well, you can also give your socks and underwear – without a whistle. Only the green shoot would I cut away, because the dirty water also helps nothing

the solanin (the green) goes into the water

when I cook furrows, I only remove the coarsest dirt, because the rest is removed with the peeled shell.

However, if I want to eat the potatoes with the bowl, I will naturally scrub them well clean. But with the shell I only eat young potatoes or these twists.

Then I should have been dead for 100 years.

You just cut the seedlings out.

You should cut the green. It doesn’t matter if you cook and leave behind.

Depending on the soil, you have everything in the cooking water and possibly earth between the teeth.
