Is it normal to feel uncomfortable or blush in a fight, and how can you resolve this so that you no longer feel uncomfortable?

For example, there's a fight at school and then people often turn red. When I'm in a fight I become very unpleasant and my body shakes. Is there any way to fix this?

This is the adrenaline that flows through your body. Your reactions are actually completely normal, the red head may be a special feature to you.

What can you do? Actually, it’s best to watch that you don’t get involved in a fight. Later, when one is older, one often finds that most of the strikes were conducted for completely stupid reasons.

Otherwise go to practice good martial arts. On the one hand, this makes self-confident and can lead you not to get involved in this, or you can use it to defend you well and effectively. And so some insane blows are quick and well done.

This is adrenaline.

And no. You can’t fix that. You can get used to it when you constantly get into such situations, but I wouldn’t recommend that.

If violence becomes a routine, it’ll be really dangerous. The inhibition threshold drops and one violates someone under circumstance far worse than one intended.

I’m talking about experience.

“The best fight is the one that never takes place.”

Amid this spell. Violence does not lead to anything. It only makes the situation worse in almost all cases.

How about not beating yourself? Is the concept so divisive?

Otherwise it is clear excitement and adrenaline.

I’ve never had a fight in my whole life, but feeling bad is likely to be very normal.
