Is it normal for so many people to do cocaine?

The older I get, the more I realize how many people actually use cocaine. Almost all of my colleagues use cocaine, sometimes even at work. Has it really become such a common drug these days?

Here is an overview of the current cocaine situation in Germany:

In recent years, cocaine consumption has increased significantly. According to current studies, the proportion of 18 to 59-year-olds who consume cocaine at least once a year increased from 0,6 % in 2015 to 1.6 % in 2021. The number of medical treatments due to cocaine abuse has also multiplied – alone 2023 had about 65,000 people to be medically supplied for cocaine.

At the same time, police and customs are making greater amounts secure: From 8 tonnes in 2017 to 43 tonnes in 2023. This shows that the market for cocaine in Germany continues to grow. This trend is also reflected in criminal statistics – In 2023 nearly 30,000 drug drugs were registered in connection with cocaine or crack.

Especially in certain professional groups and party scene trips, cocaine seems to become more and more a ” everyday drug”. Nevertheless, it remains a drug with high dependency risk and health consequences. Anyone who has the feeling that their own environment is strongly influenced by cocaine should be consciously wondering if one wants to stand out.

Of course, that’s normal, probably 10 to 20 percent of people do that. But this is of course uninteresting for the media, at least most. It’s everyday. Who is still interested in the plane crash in Washington, South Korea, Russia and this patient transport? What about all the attacks? In the meantime, things happen every hour and whenever a new topic comes, the old one will quickly forget. Well, and if something like drug use doesn’t really change for years, it’s also uninteresting.

“Normal” is only in wealthy circles. What simply results from the price of this drug.

In the Bundestag, an investigation of the toilets was carried out and that showed that all toilet cells were contaminated with cocaine in the toilets of all fractions.

Now, MEPs are not co-servants…

In American expensive elite universities there are such results or in boarding schools.

There are no comparable results where minimum pupils were created.
