I know by a friend that there can be no new teeth under the milk teeth and therefore the milk teeth do not fall out. It was the upper corner teeth, which were really tiny compared to the other teeth. It’s best to talk to your dentist about it, he can sound it and tell you what’s going on.

From normal to 16. But should you ask your dentist if the remaining ones are actually created. Grades in these lateral front teeth are not so rare that no new ones come and the milk teeth are preserved.

Known personalities also exist with this phenomenon.
