Is it possible for a sheltered workshop to have to move to another building for two years?
For example, a workshop for disabled people was opened in 1981 and in 1982 it had to move to a building in a neighboring town until 1984 and in 1984 they returned to the old building.
Are there such cases and what could be the reasons for them?
If there are such cases, which workshops were affected?

ja so etwas kann vorkommen und der grund wäre z.B. umfangreiche Sanierungsmasnahmen
oder wenn herausgekommen ist, dass das Gebäude Asbestverseucht ist. Stimmts?
Asbest-Sanierung wäre eine mögliche Sanierungsmaßnahme.

das gebäude könnte einen schaden gehabt haben, der in den 2 jahren behoben wurde. evtl. wurde das ganze gebäude saniert.
Sowas gibt es bestimmt. Gründe können z.B. Sanierungen des Gebäudes oder Umbaumassnahmen sein. Ein konkretes Beispiel kann ich dir aber gerade nicht nennen.
