If the case is broken, is that dangerous for me and my PC, monitor, bass and speakers?
Hello, I have a socket in my room where the casing is broken (top of the picture), at least at the edge, and I always have my multiple socket plugged in there and my PC, monitor, bass + speakers and my little letter LED are on the multiple socket. I'm worried that when I plug…
Radio clock not receiving signal?
Yesterday, I bought a TFA Dostmann radio-controlled alarm clock. My plan was to place it on the shelf below the TV as a living room clock, but the clock still isn't receiving a radio signal, even after several attempts. The instructions state that it would be best to place the clock "1.5 to 2 meters…
Electric shock from the computer case?
I would like to get my Windows 98 PC up and running again, but I'm worried that something might have broken over time (inside) and that this is causing electricity to be transferred throughout the entire case, meaning I'll get an electric shock as soon as I touch it while it's running. Is that possible?
MEMS – Magnetometer?
ByJathe677
Hey, I don't quite understand how exactly this device works. "The MEMS structures of the magnetometer include torsional structures, torsional beams, metal plates, a coil, and a glass substrate (Figure 1). The Lorentz force arises from the current in the coil and the external horizontal magnetic field and leads to differential displacements of the torsional…

Is my room about to explode?🥲
I was charging my phone when suddenly the outlet (⚠️from an extension cord⚠️) cracked and hummed, and I've heard thousands of stories about things like that exploding. I urgently need help.
In general, the DMX protocol supports 512 channels, and this protocol does not go any more.
But I think you might think something else: whether you can double-lay on a desk controller with different addresses. It actually goes with the most cults. A control panel with 16 controllers, can usually manage 32 addresses or even more, that really comes to the desk, as you have to take a look into the data sheet. You can usually switch the benches via a button.
Today’s devices such as LED headlights and movingheads are very channel-hungry, as there are 10 channels per device running fast. If I program someone a cult, most of them are:
Classic dimmers or monochrome LED spots are located on the low channels, which you want to start directly manually. Mostly CH1-6. On CH7-9 then usually followers, blind, etc… and on 10-12 just the first three channels of the RGB-Fluter, which are usually red, green, blue. The rest like fashion, fader, shutter, strobe, etc… are stored in the program that you do not need to manually control.
On the faders 13-24 are the programs for departure.
Such devices like movingheads or scanners can usually only be accessed via software or fixed programs, as there is no manual operation anyway, so the higher addresses get.
