The body is fucking adaptable.

He can keep you alive when you are underweight and just as if you have overweight.

But if you know that you suffer frequently or quickly, I would work oriented. For example, buy a pot of ascirbic acid from the pharmacy (it also adds in the drugstore) and in the pot is a small dosing spout. Now you drink a tea every night that tastes you (I personally recommend forest fruit tea) and fill in a cute little drunk. Background: Ascirbic acid is pure vitamin C and bacteria do not like acids at all. That’s why you support your immune system. Also ensure healthy and sufficient nutrition (a lot of vegetables, but also meat, fish and other products. If you still drink enough water/liquid, you are on the best way to the goal of work in the social sector.

Always here. Just soaking is good, as well as alternating showers. Sport hasn’t hurt anyone yet if you do this properly

because sauna strengthens your breath, while sporting your heart muscles when you make Cardio

once a week is enough to go to the sauna, 3 times a week is too pleased and too expensive. some do not use the sauna, must take care of the first time. You need a pure cotton towel, or a sauna towel, you make 3 passages a, about 15 min. when a diving pool is available, you have to shower beforehand and go briefly, when do not start cold showering at your feet and slowly up to the upper body, first last the back breast area. in between you lie approx. 15.20 minutes on a lie when present. I can’t answer your last question.

for your immune system reaches the sauna, for your well-being, helps to make sports, the older you are, the more important it is to make sports, cardio and strength training, I prefer the word muscle build for beginners, strength training is what for advanced

No.

Work is always associated with stress and immune responses, and this is part of life.

Your immune system reacts with stress by producing body-specific defenses, such as adrenaline and cortisone.

In the hospital, it’s definitely dangerous. My father was once operated at the stomach, got a hospital germ in the body and then died 4 days later.

I don’t know exactly. But the doctor made a mistake. He was operated on the esophagus and on the stomach, because of another accident – it has moved upwards. He was operated in a private hospital and the doctor said he was to be transferred to a normal hospital as he has better surveillance there. Perhaps the germ somehow came into its body during transport. He probably also had open wounds that might not have been properly closed.

My aunt died, for example, in the hospital, but it was not transported. It is located in the KH and has actually also received a germ or virus.

According to research, this disease affects mainly people in the age of 35-45. And disc incidents my father had already 3 or 4 in his life. He built a house next to his work and has always exaggerated.

But I don’t think it was a disc incident (which he had 3 years before) – he had some break and the doctor had to use a net in the understructure and the stomach slipped upwards. I think it’s a rupture.

The stomach has migrated upwards. But the doctor also found that he had dead cells (areas) that had to be removed.

Only that and then one came easy to the other – and he also left himself with the surgery for a long time. The doctor said this would have to be in a few weeks and my father postponed it until after Christmas – only then almost 4 months later he was operated.

He wasn’t often sick. He had a disc incident

It is important: if the immune system is really weak due to wreath: yes then it is not so good

But you don’t train your immune system – to some extent – also: In the first Kiga year, children are often almost more sick than healthy. 2 weeks running the nose, then it’s good, then two weeks nix and anger, the next one is there. In time, however, the immune system learns a certain defense.

How this is with you now – you are already clearly older – can possibly clarify a doctor.

Kindergartens and primary schools are the largest infection hotspots.

It is possible to protect yourself from known dangers, but not from unknown among children

has been determined several times. Children are more infectious than adults, in hospitals contagious patients are isolated.
