Hallo, ich habe letztens einen Controller über Kleinanzeigen gekauft. Der Verkäufer hatte in der Beschreibung stehen, dass der Controller in Top-Zustand sei. Als ich ihn noch einmal fragte, ob es wirklich keine Probleme gäbe, meinte er „Nein“. Es handelt sich um einen Astro C40, der häufig das Problem mit der R1-Taste hat. Daher fragte ich, ob es wirklich keine Probleme gäbe. Der Verkäufer versicherte mir dies. Wie man es schon vermuten konnte, hatte die R1-Taste ein Problem. Als ich ihn darauf ansprach, dass die R1-Taste nicht funktionierte, kam er mit zwei Argumenten:
1. „Als ich ihn für Sie getestet habe, ging er einwandfrei.“
2. „Keine Rücknahme.“
