Ich suche Ideen und Tipps sowie Rezepte für eine dauerhafte Ernährungsumstellung. Ich habe selber schon Ideen, suche aber hauptsächlich Rezepte. Vor allem fürs Frühstück oder Abendessen. Kennt jemand ein dickes Buch zum Thema Rezepte geschrieben von einer Ernährungsberatung mit vielen Rezeptideen vor allem zur dauerhaften Ernährungsumstellung? Kann auch eine App sein, aber dann ohne Abofalle…

Paket kann nur nach Gross Britannien geschickt werden, wie kriege ich es nach Deutschland?

Ich will eine Jacke bestellen mit viel Rabatt und einer anderen Farbe aber ich kann sie nur im „UK Shop“ bestellen also kann sie auch nur nach Gross Britannien geliefert werden. Weiß jemand wie ich die Jacke trotzdem bekommen kann? Danke für jede Antwort.

I’m tied up and I’m out for several minutes… are -4 degrees.

Generally, I belong to the kind of person who doesn’t own sweaters and work at 12 degrees all day in the t-shirt…

With us it’s 0°C I’m pretty warm (in the t-shirt under my blanket) but I’ll go outside and I’ll wear a hoodie, a jeans and my jacket. Through my jacket I will sweat like that

Still nice outside. meadows, shrubs, trees, all covered with ice crystals. Warm sweater and thick pantyhose for under. Winter jacket, cap and then just a bit out

Yes, but I like that….all is white frozen, nebulous…the grass glitters because ice crystals lie above it….

Nicely packed with scarf, cap and gloves.

Lovely in the wiellook….more layers of clothes and thick socks…if necessary also 2 scarves….then it is not so cold 😊
