Is it healthy to eat little during the day and a lot in the evening?

Hello, I had the idea that since I generally don't eat much, I'd eat nothing or very little in the morning and at lunch, but I'd eat a lot, or rather enough, in the evening. I try to eat about 2.4k calories a day and also get enough fat and protein. Is this healthy, or should I avoid it?

Try to spread your meals balanced under the day, otherwise (so if you save everything for evening) you will get a fress attack with a high probability, as you have starved under the day and pay less attention to the nutritional values of your meal.

Worldwide, this is the most common way to feed, especially among natural peoples and hot countries.

The joke is that you are so powerful because the body is not busy with digestion all day.

So if it’s up to you, go ahead!

Simply make sure not to eat too rich in fat in the evening, which will strain the liver and may affect sleep.

If you like, you can add your nutrient needs by eating a handful of nuts or seeds during the day.

There are many people who feed themselves like that. As long as you take enough calories and protein, and the body does not report (for example by dizziness) it doesn’t matter.

I’m gonna eat stuff that’s quick and long.

because in the evening you don’t have to eat as much as in the morning and at noon, and you better sleep when it’s not too full.

An Italian would say: Yes, that is quite normal if you take enough olive oil in the evening. Are you Italian?

This is also done in southern countries. Life expectancy in these countries is higher than in Germany.

Life expectancy in D is currently declining, with both sexes. One assumes it’s the increased life pressure….
