As a rule, honey from a mixture of EU countries, typically sold in supermarkets in glasses, is generally still a good source for natural nutrients and antioxidants. Honey contains enzymes, vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants that can be beneficial for health. It has anti-inflammatory properties and can help in combating diseases.

In principle, but since the honey can also be armored with any amount of additional sugar syrup, it is questionable whether it is so healthy.

Honey is not healthy at all because it is a sugar concentrate and you can forget the ingredients. Nix as a pointless hype. And the EU’s mix is exactly that, armored scrap.

Honey is mainly sugar and not healthy.

Bullshit!

Honey is healthy because it provides valuable amino acids, enzymes and antioxidants. Nevertheless, you should enjoy it in dimensions, as it also contains many calories. Despite its sweetness, honey only causes a relatively small increase in insulin levels, because it is slowly degraded from the body.

No nonsense, the “usable” ingredients in honey are much too low as it could be called healthy. Honey hardly differs from the usual household sugar and is therefore HUNGESUND.
