This is Sleeping poppy. So a kind of intoxicating ingredients (Opiates) produced. I don’t know how many of the ingredients this variety can produce. This depends not least on the growing and growth conditions.

The cultivation without authorisation is prohibited and punishable. If you can prove that you wanted to get anesthetic from it, it can be expensive.
