1 buck. 1 lower. 1 of the German WaffG says in point 1.6:

Weapons are

Protocol

firearms, which, according to their external form, in the overall picture of the appearance of firearms […] and in which no hot gases are used to drive the projectiles,

[…]

Such objects are excluded which are or are intended to be part of a culturally historically significant collection within the meaning of § 17 or firearms for which according to § 10 para. 4 is required for guidance. In particular, objects whose size exceeds or below a corresponding firearm by 50 percent, contain neon-colored materials or do not have markings of firearms are recognizable according to their overall appearance for play.

The Airsoft is therefore clearly a weapon of appearance.

PS: “Authority weapon” is a legal-defined legal term, so a shortcut to “Authority weapon” is wrong.

There are no “arms” Firearms. These are “reformations of firearms with the appearance of firearms”. And at least from the distance or when it gets dark outside, the difference should be difficult to recognize. So… can it is true that it is a weapon of appearance.

I can only recommend you to be very careful with this. Once someone says I thought the gun was real and I felt threatened, you got a problem.

A layman is not expected to distinguish a real weapon from such a one.

any weapon that a layman can think of a real one is a firearm.

This is, of course, nonsense. At a greater distance it is practically impossible to distinguish them from a real firearm. Not at all when the owner is running around.

You see that from every distance, nobody’s so stupid that you’re confused.

Then the big bet was because of the few thin-board drills who once again pulled down the sport, so just a company festival?

Don’t listen to them, no policeman in the world is interested.

No, the “orange tip” comes from American arms law and has no relevance in Germany

Well, then I can put a red piece of plastic in the run of my .45 ACP and it turns into a toy.

Or what are you making this claim?

Grandma of next door certainly also and Mutti, who pushes and panices the stroller safely.

Then I wish you a lot of fun in court when you get caught by the police with exactly this part.
