If you’re hired at the temporary work company, yes.

If you get a job, this is usually free for you and the employer/contractor pays. It will probably be quite right in today’s labour shortage.

But also read the “small print” for safety.

Time work is not a job placement.

At the time of work, the temporary worker is your employer, you get a wage from him. He’ll give you to other companies you work with, it’ll cost you nothing. The company you’re working on borrowing you has to pay to the temporary worker.

Work brokers are looking for an employer for you, these are usually paid via an AVGS from the agency for work. If you’re not notified to the agency and you hire the job agent yourself, you’ll have to pay him.

Personnel placement is similar to job placement, only from the point of view of the company, it instructs the staff placement to seek suitable employees for it. The company pays for that.

I hope you understood the short version of the differences?!

As written, labor broker wants to have the AVGS, personnel broker says his service is free for you.

This is free for YOU. The brokers then demand money from your new employer. That’s why they’re not really popular either.

Apply yourself.

Where employment is something other than temporary work.

Please tell the questioner because I know that. However, I also know that these companies always have several standard legs – mediation and time work, for example.

You don’t have to pay. The workstation pays the temporary work firm an amount which depends on how long you have been working at the workstation via the temporary work firm. In the first three months, they must pay the highest amount, after one year nothing.

You will be hired at the temporary work company and then rent your labor force to other companies and get money from the company in addition to your wage
