Hello, I need to store my suitcase at a train station (Mainz Central Station) for about a week (the reason is irrelevant). The station has large lockers for suitcases and luggage. But does it cost money? So, do I have to pay rent for it?

Heißt es das immer jemand neben mir stehen muss, weil es dauert ungefähr 1 Woche bis 1 Monat das gebaut zu haben? Oder muss er wirklich nur bei der Zulassung ein Prüfer darstehen?
Du musst zeigen, dass du das nötige Können für den Bau hast. Dass deine Konstruktion solide ist (beim Bausatzflugzeug ist das gegeben).
Dann musst du den Rohbau abnehmen lassen. Dann den ersten Motorlauf. Dann das fertige Flugzeug vor den Testflügen. Dann musst du die Testflüge z.T. unter Aufsicht durchführen.
Und wenn das alles passiert ist, dann bekommst du ne Zulassung für das Flugzeug.
Ein Flugzeug-Selbstbau ist kein Projekt von Wochen, sondern von Jahren. Auch wenn du es als Bausatz kaufst.
