In sleep, the brain cleanses up, a lot of workmanship happens in the head. One of these processes, which takes place especially during low sleep, is the synaptic plasticity. Existing neuronal compounds strengthen during sleep, and less important or less used compounds can be weakened or even removed. This process is called synaptic homeostasis and helps the brain to work more efficiently by removing unneededed or weak synaptic compounds and intensifying more important compounds.
Dreams are a complex topic and we do not experience all dreams consciously – we do not have to. But this has nothing to do with previously lived life, that has nothing to do with your current life. What dreams are useful for, among others:

Do we no longer dream each night and only get the last dream scene right before waking up?

Where does apartment B come from in the example, where you will actually live from 2015 and vice versa, which you dream in apartment B, occasionally from apartment A?
Once again assembled
I don’t know a case where someone actually dreams of his future apartment in detail. in detail of his future, which then enters in this way. What can be natural is that the dream has an influence on you and the design of your future. Also I do not know how to contain apartment B impressions from apartment A. In the form of photos from apartment A? But it’s just part impressions – you can only dream of what you’ve experienced yourself, but that can be thrown together in all possible conceivable combinations, partly also that it’s incredibly surreal, but the brain can’t create something from nothing – it always has something to do with you and your experience.
The human brain often combines memories and impressions in unexpected ways. In your examples, memories of different apartments and events could be linked. The brain could combine this information in a dream in different ways, which could lead to the seemingly incoherent dream sequences.
Dreams are a creative expression of subconsciousness. In this context, dream scenes of different places and times could be regarded as creative creations of the spirit, which do not necessarily have to follow a linear or logical narrative.
I’m not sure if I understood your example, but I hope my answer gives you something.
Human beings always strive to simplify things so that they become “beautiful”. I think the circumstances under which dreams arise are far too complex as they can be simplified in your sense.
The “time axis” alone: You dream in seconds much longer periods of time, sunden, days, … that is also sliding. In addition, the characteristic of circumstances depends on whether, e.g. had eaten too much in the evening, something impressive on TV or wherever.
And even if there were previous lives, there are “buildings” of dreams stem from the real life. Are parts of the brain “way”, as always, the memories etc. no longer available to dreams. If the brain dies completely, how, where should the memory be available, stored?

At least it seems very constructed, never dreamed in this form.
In general, however, I know from my own dream experience that much seems purely symbolic. People where I mean when I wake up after a dream, it would be a certain person, but then I can’t describe how she looked in a dream. Somehow it was only symbolic, abstract, and not in all details.
With the best will, I simply cannot understand your example, so your conclusions are not. But everyone dreams about it…
You just get kicked in some scene
This is clear to me, as to whether the current sleeping environment could also be the starting point in the dream itself.
No, as I said, you’re going to be completely randomly thrown in somewhere. There’s your starting point.
