As you speak to the opposite, you should write “they” big: “Can you give me the exact address?”

I would also change the sentence: move the “yet” forward and add it if you could (please) give me the exact address?

The “precise” you can leave, an address is always accurate. If you’re talking, you’ll be raised. The beginning of the sentence is raised. And if you have a request, you can also write “please”.
