No. This depends entirely on the extent to which ADHS is pronounced and what problems the affected person has.

This really always depends on the individual case.
each body can react differently and, in addition, the diagnosis, or the reason of taking, plays an essential role.

the doctor should carry out a risk-benefit weighing and act accordingly for each person.

So you can definitely not refer to both bodily injury and unsolicited help. In some cases, however, it is generally not guaranteed.

is like when you say, “all German are early risers” or what I know. Some Germans are certainly early risers, yet you cannot generalize such a sentence

Neither.

The attending doctor decides that. For one of my sons, Ritalin was saved. His school achievements tripled, he could concentrate, was able to interact with other children, with Ritalin he was a normal child.

It could be like absent assistance if a child passes through his mental needs attention disorders, hyperactivity and impulsivity and instead of educational, therapeutic aid, a psychodroge with addiction potential is administered.

The history of the invention of AD(H)S is probably now known:

Confession on the deathbed: ADHD is not at all!

American psychiatrist Leon Eisenberg is considered to be the inventor of the psychiatric disease image of attention deficit/hyperactivity syndrome, in short ADHD – also called Zappelphilipp syndrome in the folk mouth. With this label, children and adolescents are pathologised, which occur in school due to uneasy, impulsive behavior. As a rule, the stimulant of methylphenidat (trade name Ritalin) is then prescribed by psychiatrists, which is also referred to as “cooks with child release”. Critics have been substituting for a long time, ADHS would be an invented disease.

Just before his death, Eisenberg confessed to the medical journalist Jörg Blech that ADHS was a parade example for a fabriated disease, as the FAZ reports. In addition, the FAZ notes that mental illnesses are not diseases, but rather an interpretation pattern: psychologically ill would be defined, which violates certain rules and deviates from norms. These standards would not be set once and for all, they could change.

The conservative FAZ has now come to an opinion that libertarian psychiatrist and psychiatry critic Thomas Szaz has long been. Szasz thinks there are mental illnesses not in the actual sense, but only as a metaphor for unwanted behavior.

At the Deutschlandradio, Blech gave an interview in which he reported his visit to Eisenberg. Eisenberg once fought to include ADHD as an alleged brain disorder in the DSM – the Bible of Psychiatry. But Eisenberg changed his mind. He is now of the opinion that children’s psychiatrists would have to investigate much more thoroughly the psychosocial reasons that could lead to behavioural disorders.

But the fashion diagnosis ADHS is one thing: a giant business for the pharmaceutical industry. According to mirrors, Ritalin’s prescriptions increased from 34 kilograms in 1993 to 1760 kilograms in 2011.

Thus, if one finds that a child has AD(H)S, one can save the effort by administering methylphenidat, wanting to understand obvious behavior and also provides a welcome Assistance – for the pharmaceutical industry.

Neither bodily injury nor abandoned aid. It always depends on the individual case. Sometimes Ritalin is required, sometimes not. The doctor decides all alone and not the patient.

The doctor decides all alone and not the patient.

Unfortunately, a very common idea of the doctor-patient relationship.

“A study by the World Health Organization revealed that up to 80% of all treatment errors are attributed to communication deficits.

leave.”

In individual cases, you might consider it as a body injury if it is done without medical indication. I do not think that there should be any need for help in the absence of any conditions which are in any way harmful to health.

So no matter what you do, it’s wrong.
