Is a change of policyholder a reason for termination of the insurance?

Good morning,

I would like to have a new car insured in my name, but after about a month I would like to have it insured in the name of someone else who has a much higher SF class than me.

Is a change of policyholder a reason for termination or does my contract continue for another year?

Sources would be great.

Thank you in advance

The UN cannot simply be changed because the Treaty cannot be terminated. There should also be a change of holder so that a special announcement is possible.

What to do with a change of insurance? (ruv.de)

In aChange of the policyholderis a new degreerequired by the policyholder. However, a change can no classes of damage are transferred from one person to the other. Once the new contract has been concluded, you can terminate the old contract via your car contract center online.

Your plan only starts when the “other” becomes new owner of the car at the same time.
