Go to jogging to be faster yes,

With normal shoes on unnatural soils makes no sense. The suspension you get through the construction of your shoes.

When walking barefoot on natural soils makes more sense, however, this is far from reality, as we do not run most of the time on natural soil.

Yeah, you’ve got a trail in the foot that you can use. However, to enforce it may also mean an unnatural misconception. The trick is to increase the crotch frequency so that you do not appear far before the body at any rate.

Most of them take too big steps because the shoes are so beautifully damp. Without thick soles, you wouldn’t hold that for miles.

So best try running technique barefoot on smooth ground. For example, on a clean tartan train or even better gym floor.

Do you think the same unnatural misconception, like wearing high heels?

Yes so similar, if you need to stretch the foot deliberately down to not put up with the hack first or at the same time, the step was too far. Just look at the difference between Kipchonge and the others: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9p7NT_elwk4&ab_channel=BuyinredTiendaonline

They all run a pace that would be a sprint for 95% of the population.

I can’t go that way. I don’t know why this is better.
