“We don’t have enough days a year to celebrate anniversary for shooting. ‘

Anniversaries are rather positive. A spelling error in shooting. Otherwise you understand what you mean.

From me:

We don’t have enough days a year to introduce a commemorative day for each shooting.

But in your sentence “Schießerei” must be in the singular!!

But otherwise good, your sentence, I find it!

In this context, I think it is a matter of talking about the anniversary of celebration. I’d rather formulate something like: In view of the many shootings/amocrates, the days of one year are not enough to remind each individual(s) with a commemorative day.

If you think it’s ironic, it’s going to party, otherwise not.

We don’t have enough days a year to remember all the shootings with anniversary.

I’d write that way: We don’t have enough days a year to celebrate all the shootings with anniversary.
