The price is okay, but I would rather recommend to this model:

There is a 7900 XTX inside, for only 100€ more.

If even cheaper, just click Configure & Order, then you can adjust the graphics card. 15€ cheaper.

You should be able to reconfigure the PC to Dubaro to an RTX 4070 Ti Super. Shouldn’t be more expensive. 4080 Super is no longer available.

Why don’t you just go to Geizhals, type the products one after the other, and right the cheapest prices together? Then you know what it would cost in self-building. Here in the case about 2060€.
