Is the mozzarella still good?
I just sliced some mozzarella. It hasn't gone stale and smells/tastes normal. However, it's so soft that you can't even pick it with a fork because it immediately falls apart. Anyone know if it's still good or if it's better not to eat it?
As always, look, smell, taste.
And I wonder that these are-my-food-noch-essbar questions now appear inflationary.
Did you all have a common sense?
I wrote extra that which is still durable and I because of the consistency because it is completely apart skeptical!
And again, look, smell, taste.
I wrote everything in my question. Who can read clearly in the advantage:)
Hello Chxrlotte4577, 👋
Yes, if he smells good, he’s good. 😋

There are many types of mozzarella, from the creamy, which almost melts after cutting the ball to the chewing-gum-like solid mozzarella. The first type is the qualitatively better one.
Just try. If he still tastes, he’s good. There is this rule “saw, smell, taste/taste”, so use your senses.
I wrote in my question extra that he tastes normal but I smells skeptical because actually Mozzarella has a somewhat firm structure, but this is more like Burrata from the consistency.
Oh. But he should be good. If you don’t, you’ll notice.
Yes I just ate the jz
If he smells good and tastes good, he’s still good. Have the ancestors done so, and you are there… 🙂
