I’d say no because he’s pretty obsolete. However, it also depends on the generation and use.

I bought a PC for 30 €. The processor was 5 generations newer.

For linux, can be used as an entry into networking, backup machine, file server…

This thing can celebrate the 15th birthday.

I haven’t heard.

They are divided into i 3/5/7/9. (Or does an Intel core 2 Duo mean?)

And then it comes to the gene. Can be enough for Office under Linux if you are patient.

Hello!

As an office computer with a Linux, the part is still good to use.

This also runs the current software.

A Core2Quad can also be installed with great probability.

The C2Q Q9650 (4/4 3.0Ghz)

A Win10 is also running with the Q9650.

Its counterpart (771=>775 mod) “Xeon E5450” I used here myself.

8GB DDR3, GTX 1050ti oc (4GB), SSD+HDD

And I’ve got the latest Linux mint.

This is still quite possible. Both in standard software and in some games (under Linux and Win7/10)

Greeting

1) Is Windows 7 heavily outdated and is no longer supplied with security updates (so the use is anyway grossly negligent)

2) As mentioned above, there is no Intel Core i2, but a Core 2 Duo.

3) The processor and the rest of the system are no longer deaf. Unless you want to use the box without internet and play retro games that do not need performance.

There is no i2 from Intel. In 2006 the Intel Core 2 can get out without i.That was a dual-core processor of the DDR 2 RAM. With this thing even YouTube videos were in 720p.
