If you have more muscles than fat, the weight is still quite ok.
If it’s more fat then that’s a decent weight.
So really unhealthy it is now also not but it will be the main reason for bad digestion, bad stamina etc
Just look at yourself in the mirror. Some people have more muscles, so weigh more. More weight doesn’t mean you have to be overweight.
