is this spam?

I've been receiving this email for years, both to an address registered with Microsoft and to one that, to my knowledge, I didn't register with Microsoft, but I'm not entirely sure. Is this spam or not? The internet says the sender's address is trustworthy, but it doesn't have to be the real one. I don't want to click on the link, but I did in the past and ended up on a Microsoft page. Google classifies it as spam because the sender has been known for phishing in the past.

The first question is whether you have a service contract with Microsoft. Seems like you’re writing from a Microsoft registered address. Like Office365, maybe?
Then you can log in directly to your Microsoft account and you should also be able to read this message.

I have not registered this address with MS and certainly not bought or subscribed a product
