Hello, I'm currently 15 years old and will be 16 this year. I'm currently 5'8". I've been a member of the gym since February, so almost 5 months. How is it possible that I was 5'8" on the first day and I'm still 5'8" now? Does strength training have anything to do with growth? What…
Hello, After a 15-year hiatus from diving, I'd like to get back into it, but I've noticed that equalizing pressure is harder for me now, even at the surface. Equalizing pressure was never particularly easy for me, and with the Valsalva technique (the only one I knew until then), I always needed quite a bit…

Hey people, My friend desperately needs a hobby. She used to dance ballet, but she's no longer interested in it. She desperately needs to meet new people. Her friends lied to her, betrayed her trust, etc. Now she's on her own. She sits alone in her apartment very often (actually, too often) watching TikTok. Unfortunately,…
Our swimming pool normally closes at 7:30 p.m. When it's hot, it stays open later, until 8:30 p.m., but the ticket offices are closed. However, the entrance is open. Is it acceptable to briefly dip in the water without paying the entrance fee?
HEY!
So I found that was relatively good, I made silver at school swimming in primary school.
we had to swim and dive to practice.
I did not like it at that time but after a few times I got it
so always think that you can do this and you will make it
Good luck and success! 🍀
Thank you. Unfortunately, my weakness is swimming in the back, do you have any tips? And also what jumps I can make from the 1m board haha
am grateful for every tip 🫶🏻
So I’ve tried most of my head to keep straight and I’d try the normal chopper because it’s actually the easiest
if you need more tips, I’ll be happy to answer 😊
Hello,
I meanwhile have a good technique, I’m still a very slow swimmer due to body. I can make the 500m in about 11-12 minutes. So 400m in 20min. shouldn’t be a problem if you can swim Kraul safely halfway. If you can’t do this, put it here. Depending on the basics, this can take 1-2 months before it sits well.
Best regards

Last year, for the German sports badge, I swung 400m in about 12 minutes and that with breast swimming to save power. That was enough for silver and was my weakest discipline.
So 20 min should be easy for this route!
Thank you
I went to silver from the start because I wasn’t exactly a stamina swimmer and didn’t really train.
I thought of how long I had for a train with us 25m, longest time and asked the stopper to give me notice when it gets tight. Then I would have put one or two lanes of Kraul.
But it was not necessary!
Oki perfect, thank you
400m in 20 minutes are the easiest.
They’re just eight lanes. Even if you’re not a fast swimmer, you can do that.
You can do that with normal breast swimming?
for gold you have to create 50 meters in 70 seconds. It’s hard. 300 meters in 15 minutes is really easy
Clear
I said it was easy. Gold is heavy.
Something over 2 min per 100m last just so, without really sprinting breast floating. So 50m in real sprint per chest, under 1 min. So go, and you’re allowed to swim, say claws…
Do you!
All thanks, that gives me hope haha
if you do not actually swim a problem.
otherwise ask what you do wrong
