Ist das schon eine Art Suchtverhalten?
Hallo zusammen,
Hello NadjaX1970👋
Hideing chocolate tables and eating half a day has nothing to do with pleasure in any case, nor with change, that’s harvested, behave.
The question is what, if you have the need to eat more, so consumption has started once smaller, with nem bar, a piece, a row, there was an increase that is clearly recognizable as such? the next is, the reason why you do this is for a purpose? If it is to close a hole, it is boredom, stress, the cause also determines so a little the assessment of behavior.
A addiction is always the result or attempt to solve, displace to another problem. If you have a lot of stress, have experienced something bad and reach the bottle, you are alcoholics at some point, but the cause of this is the stress or the incident that has led to the behavior. By drinking one tries to stun or displace, which is also always and characteristic of a addiction, that the amount that is consumed becomes increasingly more because the addiction also has its own consequences. Stress —> Drink —> Stress —-> more Drink. It’s a cycle, only when it comes to the origins, it’s possible to follow the course of drinking.
So if you eat chocolate daily in a similar way to my example, hiding it to have them ready to handle, increasing your consumption, or the behavior affects your everyday life, for example, that you get restless if you had no close to the handle, that you think more about the dimensions of chocolate or that you still need it, don’t consider it more than what it is, then that’s a search and that should be addressed.
Should you be the one you write in your post…
Ever heard of hyperlipidemia – a word that sounds like a distant threat in the ears of many, something that happens to others, but certainly not us. But what if I tell you that you with every bite of chocolate, which you glorify, not only your palate, but also your destiny.
Yeah, you heard right. As you sink into the sweet temptation of half a table of chocolate daily, you play Russian roulette with your heart and blood vessels. Hyperlipidemia is not a joke, not a state that can be done with an armpit. It’s a ticking time bomb in your body waiting for the moment she explodes and leaves you with a bunch of health problems.
“But chocolate is healthy,” I hear you say. “It contains antioxidants and improves mood.” Wake up! The reality is that the quantities you consume are far from what could be considered healthy. You feed your hyperlipidemia as you feed a hungry beast that is getting bigger and more dangerous.
The consequences? Heart disease, strokes, clog arteries. Do you really want to wait until it’s ready? Do you really want to be the one who asks why he didn’t stop earlier while he hangs on the machines in the hospital?
It’s time to wake up and recover control over your health. Half a table of chocolate daily is not a sign of self-care, but of self-sabotage. We have to stop lying to ourselves and think that our body is indestructible. It’s time to take responsibility.
So the next time you grab the chocolate, remember what’s on the game. It’s not just about you, but also about the people who love you and who don’t want to watch your health play for a piece of chocolate.
The truth is bitter, but necessary. It’s time to open and trade your eyes before it’s too late. For hyperlipidemia and chocolate consumption is not about enjoyment, it is about life and death.
This contribution should be provocative and stimulate reflection. It is important to be aware of the effects of our dietary habits, especially if there are already health conditions such as hyperlipidemia.
I personally have never been a fan of candy, have always lived healthy, fed me healthily, moved enough and stopped smoking a long time ago. However, I have regularly taken the antibabypille. This has damaged my metabolism so that I was attested a hyperlipidemia 3 years ago.
The person it is about is a family member.
Yes, one is clearly looking.
You can say that.
