Is that mold?

This is a ready-made bubble tea that you pour water over. I just wanted to try it out.

All other pearls are red except for 2-3 that look like this

Does anyone have any idea what this is? Should I drink it?

Unfortunately it is too small to take a good picture but there are lots of mini white “balls” inside
