You can do this without problems, there is no medical reason for the break. It can lead to lubrication bleeding or other side effects while taking, but that’s it. And yes, in the next pause, your bleeding normally comes.
Hello hanachan931
There is no medical reason to take the break, more and more often doctors recommend taking the pill without break (only if there are no placebos) (max. 6 months). This also has the advantage that in the long-term rhythm an error is not a problem if it is not in the first week after or last week before a break. . Even errors up to 7 days are not a problem if you have taken the pill at least 14 days before the error and the pill is taken at least 7 days after the error. At Belara you can only take a break protected after 21 days.
If the antibiotic really impairs the protection (if you get out of the supplemental leaflet of the antibiotic, you are under interactions) then you are no longer protected. However, you must additionally prevent the next 7 days of taking pills after the antibiotic has been removed. The pill Qlaira is 9 days. In the break, however, you are only protected if you have taken the pill 14 days before (Qlaira 24 days, Belara 21 days) error-free and you continue taking it after the break. If you are not protected during the break, you must have the first 7 or 9 days of new pill intake additionally prevent

In principle, in a conventional micropille (combination pill with two active ingredients), you can easily shift the medically unnecessary pause without any loss of protection; prefer (after at least 14 pills – except for the Zoely and also the Qlaira and for pills with the gestagen component chlormadinone acetate such as Belara) to the rear, shorten or even drop out completely (long-term cycle).
Only do not extend – so (usually) a maximum of 7 days without taking!
It doesn’t matter if you take 15, 20, 22, 31, 50, 77 or 100 pills consecutively or the break takes one, three or seven days.
These possibilities arise from the information under“You forgot 1 tablet in the 3rd week of intake”or“…if you want to move the bleeding”.
The long-term cycle is not unhealthy than generally taking the pill. It is even recommended today, as there is no medical reason why an abortion bleeding should take place regularly once a month.
However, the long-term cycle offers a lot of advantages: a uniform supply of hormones is often better tolerated by the body, there are fewer menstrual problems, PMS and migraine, and cost savings in hygienic articles and the safety of contraception is just higher, as the fault-prone pause begins.
Germany is currentlyHowever, only a few pills allowed to pass through. Therefore also the note of the manufacturers of other pills that the displacement of the bleeding days is not recommended, just because they are not allowed for it.
Nevertheless, approved pills are prescribed “off-lable” to the long-term cycle by many German doctors, as so farno indication of negative effects of the long-term cycle.
However, you should discuss the extra needs with your female doctor.
Happy for you!
At Qlaira you can also push the days back
I didn’t say anything else.
Not well formulated here too many info unclearly separated in one sentence. And out of Qlaira it also meets other multiphase pills. How to take a break at Qlaira or prefer a longer term
Even if you think I’d “not formulate well”, I’ve made myself clear:
In conventional combination pills, you can take a break after at least 14 pills without loss of protection, i.e. take the break.
However, this (after 14 pill days!) does not go to pills with chloromadinone acetate and also not to the Qlaira (you have to additionally prevent it).
The break can also be preferred in the long term at Qlaira by leaving the last 2 or 4 in the previous month
WR is not well formulated and very trivial it is not good at Mrhtphadenpillen
I mentioned the Qlaira in parentheses at “pretend” the break – please read correctly.
Since Qlaira followed in the list, it was a negation for me.
At Qlaira you have to take new light yellow after the light yellow to move (Info from Jenapharm)
No is even better and safer and ingenious on holiday
There are certain types of pill that you can take through. Whether yours is part of this will probably not be able to answer you here. Ask your gynecologist best. If you still urgently need the answer today, you can call 116117, but I think tomorrow morning is fast enough, right?
