Also wenn ich schnell abbremsen möchte(zum Beispiel bei gefahrenbremsung oder in anderen Situationen), sollte ich vor dem bremsen die kupplung ziehen und wenn ich beim bremsen langsam zum stehen komme, brauch ich die Kupplung nicht ziehen vor dem Bremsen.

Well, lengthens the braking path and slows down means that the car might make a “shot” again, but also that it is no longer immediately maneuverable again. If you can do it, just before you stop, but in an emergency situation it doesn’t matter. As my driving safety trainer once said: Simply press brakes like hem and push the punch.

In the case of a real danger braking, this is secondary. You better slip on the brake pedal with both feet. Whether the engine is still running or strangled then usually does not matter.
