YESThe scent of tobacco is harmless.
An exception… when the tobacco has been ignited, because then you have the smoke, with the complete pollutants. Breathing this smoke would be comparable harmful to smoking itself.
Tobacco has a pleasant scent. It is not to object to enjoying the scent.
