Is this normal and how do I get rid of the dream?
I haven't been able to sleep normally for two months. For example, last night I was asleep but was actually awake. Someone rushed into my room really fast, and the floor was loud, and they threw themselves on me, but I couldn't open my eyes. Then I had to wait three minutes until I could slowly open my eyes. But I was shivering in my duvet.
I'm afraid to go to sleep. When I dream while awake, everything feels more than real. Whether it's them talking to me or me being touched, it's real. I'm scared. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this?
