Is this normal? Dandruff?

Hi,

I'm male/15 and have a question. I know dandruff is normal, but I have a small problem.

I have a lot of dandruff. I shower once a week with warm water and always use the same shampoo, which is meant for hair and body. So it's a two-in-one product. But I still have a lot of dandruff. If I scratch my hair, it practically snows out of my hair. I find that really awful.

For example, when I'm sitting in class, I don't dare scratch my scalp when it itches because I'm afraid that dandruff will "snow" down from my hair, which isn't exactly attractive.

Do you know what I can do about it? Thanks

Hey frascer 🙂

Unfortunately, I have the same problem since puberty.. it has recently improved since I bought a shampoo from Speick that is extra for dry skin. In addition, Sunbecause I am actually someone who sits in the house most of the time of the day 😀

An oil cure is also very helpful!

And I think you have dry sheds and therefore don’t listen to users who write that you’re supposed to wash your hair every day. You even felt like dry sheds, e.g. during the holidays not to wash your hair for a whole week. I wash my hair every 2-3 days and this is easy! And you should have your hair lukewarm or cold Wash water as hot water drys the skin again! And not moaning! You can Interchangeable showers as these, among others, stimulate blood circulation!

“If you generally have a dry scalp, you should use a mild shampoo without silicones to get the sheds under control and calm your scalp. Super is also a nightly oil course. Träufle just a few drops of olive oil with a pipette on your scalp and let it act overnight. It is recommended to put a towel under your head during sleep – your pillowcase would be grateful to you. The next morning you wash the olive oil with a mild shampoo. You can use this little beauty cure once a week without any doubt.”

So put together: More sun, skin-friendly shampoo for dry skin (at best any of a “nature brand”), not moan and no hot water, change showers and occasionally an oil cure!

What’s more important: Be patient! It won’t be better from tomorrow!

Hello frascer,

we can understand that you feel uncomfortable with the dandruff problem and would like to give you advice on how to balance your irritated scalp. You don’t stand alone with the dandruff problem. Each second is at least once affected by this in his life and especially in the puberty where your body undergoes hormonal changes, this is nothing unusual.

Shed is the easiest way to get rid of again when you regularly take a mild, pH-skin-neutral anti-shed shampoo under the shower. As you suffer from a juicy scalp, we would like to put our “mild care in the case of aching scalp” of head&shoulders to your heart. Thanks to the Eucalyptus extract contained in it, a juxtaposing scalp is again calmed. It is important that you use the shampoo for every hair washing (also quiet daily!) so that the sheds are permanently fought.

Good improvement!

I also had extremely many sheds (like snow), after several attempts with different Schapoos, Neutogena T-Gel helped me (if possible only as a direct Internet import)

Hello frascer,

You are right, every person has sheds, they are dead skin cells, but in the “normal case “no sees-first when these skin cells become visible, one speaks of sheds.

There are fat sheds, they look yellowish and are usually slightly scorched and the dry sheds that look like small white flakes!

And both kinds of sheds can itchy and they are simply unpleasant.

As you describe it, you have dry sheds and you can do something about it.

First of all, I advise you to change your shampoo, but not to use an anti shed shampoo and natural means,so that your sheds disappear permanently and the scalp gets and stays healthy again!

Recommended are hair care products with natural ingredients and without silicones, because one of the side effects of silicones is the formation of sheds and itching on the scalp.

The brands Alverde,Weleda,Lavera and Sante are examples of these hair care products.

  • I wrote a tip about silicones.

And what causes sheds can have and what you can do about it is in this tip:

You only smell 1 x a week with warm water and always with the same shampoo, is meant for hair and body? And what does your body care look like on the other six days? It doesn’t surprise me that your scalp is scaling and your skin is generally also. Buy a reasonable shower gel and a gentle shampoo against dandruff.
And if I don’t get better, I’d consult a skin doctor. But shower first.

Definitely take a shampoo that is intended for hair.

Take NO cheap product!

Try out an ANTI scale shampoo.

Use flushing.

Wash the hair at least 3x a week.

You must go to the skin doctor. They will definitely help you the problem too, my doctor then recommended Alpecin Shed Killer Shampoo and I can only recommend it… 🙂

Shower yourself more often, if that doesn’t bring anything, I would definitely visit a doctor, it’s your health! This is a big burden on you and it would be a shame for the whole lifetime.

Good luck!

Hello,

try the Sebexol S+T Shampoo. There is no prescription in the pharmacy. If there is no improvement, a visit to the dermatologist is recommended.

Shower each day and use seperate shampoos for body and head. You can also temporarily get anti-dandruff shampoo and use this

Every day showering is not healthy. This not only destroys the important acidity of the skin, but also destroys it. Every two to three days is okay.

I had too. Are you eating candy? Because in them is a fabric that triggers shed. had that too. Now I eat no sweets and the sheds are gone. Or you’re allergic. ask the doctor

I got it too. I got a chronic shed braid, and I went to the skin doctor who prescribed me an oil that I have to go on the scalp every 2 weeks. now I have “normal” sheds, but then often showers (1xday)

could also be with you when it is so extreme

Then try it with a children’s shampoo of bushes. This is mild and does not attack the scalp. But then wash the hair more often, not only once a week and fingers away from these two in a shower gel.

Hopefully you don’t get the answers wrong and start a shower season.

It is healthy to find the middle. You should shower more often! How often and how long do you have to decide the page I posted gives you important tips.

One possible reason for shed formation is the infection with a yeast of the genus Malassezia. You don’t have to go too much into detail, but this genus feels comfortable especially in people with an increased daylight production.

And what do we learn from it? You should really care for your skin and this is not always done with “Ganz frequent shower”. I advise you to make a skin-friendly shampoo that does not yet favor the shed formation, because that is exactly what most shampoos do. To hot water must be avoided. You can find such medicines in any pharmacy —> Demands!

Don’t worry about your body hygiene. It is also not pleasant for your fellow human beings if you smell once a week —> that you smell. But don’t start any “I have to shower” action, because you’re gonna hurt your skin.

So if you’re showering once a week, I’m sure the case is clear…
