Is this still okay or is it already too difficult?

A few friends have recently approached me while I'm changing clothes or swimming and commented that I've gotten quite strong. I've also gained some weight since the last lockdown and am now wondering if my weight is still OK.

I'm 16, 1.88m tall, and weigh 114kg. Since last winter, I've had a bit of a belly. Is my weight already a cause for concern? My older brother also has a decent belly, so I'm asking here. My parents have never said anything about me or either of us being overweight.

I look forward to your opinions. Thanks in advance!

Jo this is already very healthier, apart from that you feel also much more comfortable in his skin without lips on the abdomen.

But weight loss is really easy, you don’t even have to do sports or starve. Explore Intermittent Fasting, go with black coffee quite simply – especially when you’re young. To this end, consume as little empty carbohydrates as possible (at best no household sugar) and put on vegetable, full-fledged foods as possible – don’t let any bullshit tell you that, for example, soya will increase your estrogen levels, such rumors come about by extracting a phytoestrogen in soya and being administered in an extremely high amount – which could not be achieved in the diet only by soya. Tofu is certainly one of the best foods for weight loss – it does not taste everyone, best try several varieties as there are already very strong differences. I always buy the smoked Bio Tofu from the Edeka, is also quite cheap compared with 1.80€ for 350g.

In addition, vitamin B12 (as hydroxocobalamine or methylcobalamine) and vitamin D3 (10,000 IE / day are safe and recommended). And beer yeast tablets (from Sanotact those are super and cheap, there are at Rossmann and DM) – so much you can wear.

If you are still moving a lot, e.g. riding a bike, and motor sports would of course be optimal but not absolutely necessary, you can’t feed it so much in a small Intermittent Fasting time frame that you take too much Kcal to you. Unless you’re already leaning too much of the same fress attacks.

No problem. I forgot the most important thing – fingers away from alcohol and other drugs. This also makes everything thick, doof and demotivated 🙂

In case of very high caffeine intake, it is absolutely necessary to keep in mind that you can have an increased risk of injury (e.g. squeeze your finger in the car door) so you can do better than normal.

So, enough security 🙃

However, the coffee is not necessarily for IF, it makes it much easier to get used to it at first. When the body has become accustomed to it, there is usually no feeling of hunger even during the day without food and without coffee if you don’t just work as a cook.

Otherwise, it is generally good to limit the coffee to about 4 cups a day, where it may initially be necessary to drink more in order not to be eaten by hunger.

Very good!

If this is your main problem then Intermittent Fasting is likely to help the black coffee (at best in organic quality as one of the foods with the highest pesticide load) suppresses hunger/appetite very well and on the other hand it only really seems pleasant if no carbohydrates are consumed, because coffee increases the Glucagon level and carbs the insulin – since both opponents are then a noticeable unhealthy effect. Therefore, many feel scary or nervous when they drink coffee.

So it’s a lot, health suffers your body, that should also be the incentive if to say something to take off 🙂 and net, because others say something. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and net are really limited by your overweight :). Being a little punky is net bad I find 😋

Hello! Your BMI of 32.3 means strong and already dangerous overweight. And if you have a tendency with 16 it probably gets worse

You should do something and it starts with a doctor’s visit.

My parents have never said anything that I or both are too thick.

This is particularly bad as they are responsible for you

You will need to be active yourself

Success

There is a formula for calculating its ideal weight. I don’t have them in my head. But I noticed such an average value: just take the body size minus a hundred. In your case, a weight of 88 kg would be good. So you’re clearly lying about it. Maybe you could pay attention to your food.

You have a BMI of 32.3 and that means strong overweight. Your calorie requirement is 2200 kcal per day, which you will probably exceed by far.

You are a risk patient for diabetes and in the medium term for joint diseases, zb broken knees.

You should urgently change your diet. Your normal weight is 30 kg less!

Can you imagine 30 packages of flour for 1 kg each? That’s what you’re doing.

Many health insurance companies offer free nutrition advice. You should be going to do that.
