100% cocoa chocolate is actually one of the healthier variants as it does not contain sugar and provides many antioxidants as well as minerals such as magnesium and iron. This is definitely an advantage!

But as with all foods, there is also a lot here.

Hello RechtsSozial, 👋

Is that healthy?

I have chocolate every day but with 100% cocoa.

Yes,

to measure is healthy,

in masses not.

15g are okay. Make sure that the cocoa is not from South or Central America because the heavy metal content is relatively high there. For example, Aldi (Moser Roth) has 1.6 μg of lead and 9 μg of cadmium per serving. Tolerable are 2.5 μg/kg body weight and week, which is already achieved with a daily portion of 40%.

Ghana is very good. The knight sports cocoa class 81% from Ghana has therefore cut off very well.

You’ll find such a clean chocolate hard. In this area, only cocoa powder remains (Rapunzel cut well).

With 100% cocoa, only cocoa is pure. No milk, no sugar, no fat. What’s holding up?

If you eat 10 tables of it now, it’s not healthy.

10g is nothing. It is definitely not unhealthy.
