Is that healthy?
I eat chocolate every day but with 100% cocoa.

Hey guys, I read that a whole onion is supposed to be very healthy, for example Onions prevent you from getting sick more often or ensure that you have a good intestinal flora. My question is, is half an onion enough for me to have this and which onion is better?
Wieso?
Heyho, I've just revived my Tassimo because I usually only drink coffee in the winter, so it just sits there most of the year. My question is, can I use it again without any problems after cleaning it a couple of times, or are there any concerns?
I'm really hungry. No sardines, please.
100% cocoa chocolate is actually one of the healthier variants as it does not contain sugar and provides many antioxidants as well as minerals such as magnesium and iron. This is definitely an advantage!
But as with all foods, there is also a lot here.
Hello RechtsSozial, 👋

15g are okay. Make sure that the cocoa is not from South or Central America because the heavy metal content is relatively high there. For example, Aldi (Moser Roth) has 1.6 μg of lead and 9 μg of cadmium per serving. Tolerable are 2.5 μg/kg body weight and week, which is already achieved with a daily portion of 40%.
I think aua Ghana.
Ghana is very good. The knight sports cocoa class 81% from Ghana has therefore cut off very well.
You’ll find such a clean chocolate hard. In this area, only cocoa powder remains (Rapunzel cut well).
Where to find 100% ige with as little as possible?
No, that can lead to clogging
Depends on the crowd.
So 10g-15g
It’s okay.
How much healthier it is than 20% chocolate?
With 100% cocoa, only cocoa is pure. No milk, no sugar, no fat. What’s holding up?
If you eat 10 tables of it now, it’s not healthy.
I wouldn’t even think 10g of sugar.
10g is nothing. It is definitely not unhealthy.
100% chocolate has so 0.5g sugar on 100g.
