Jain. Depends on the ingredients. If sugar is contained in it then not as an ingredient. Better would, of course, be TK vegetables or fresh, which then of course both should not be boiled dead

Individual foods cannot be healthy, it depends on the whole diet.

Peas with carrots are also delicious, but also contain quite a lot of sugar, but hardly any vitamins. Dear TK goods.

“Health” is not an absolute term. What is healthy depends on individual people, their diet as a whole and their living conditions.

TK vegetables are better. And even better is of course fresh vegetables.
There are hardly any nutrients in canned vegetables. It’s too cooked.

Can’t you answer a lump sum: how is the box made? How is it coated inside? Are there any remaining vitamins left? For a canned is already heated or/and cooked. Fresh is better: and carrots get fresh now
