Hello, somehow I'm having a bit of an odor problem at the moment 🙂 I was just about to cook lunch, and I have a pack of chicken fillet that's good until tomorrow, June 11th.
I still did a smell test, it smells slightly “sour” but really only very, very slightly when you stick your nose in it and it still looks good.
Is this smell just a typical chicken smell or should I not use it?

Hello, this is iodized salt and maybe a year old (but I don't think so). I had it in a plastic container and noticed that there are brown pieces in it. Can I use the salt? Has it expired?
I just read that plantains shouldn't be stored in the refrigerator. I stored them there for about a week. Is it still edible? The color is dark green with brown spots.
Well, according to Google, yes, but please – as if I were to stick to that. I once heard that they somehow lose their taste and take on a strangely inferior consistency. Seriously, who would voluntarily subject themselves to something like that?

Take a piece without spices, bad chicken then smells really clearly sour-gammelig in my opinion
