Is the meat fresh?
Hello, somehow I'm having a bit of an odor problem at the moment 🙂 I was just about to cook lunch, and I have a pack of chicken fillet that's good until tomorrow, June 11th.
I still did a smell test, it smells slightly “sour” but really only very, very slightly when you stick your nose in it and it still looks good.
Is this smell just a typical chicken smell or should I not use it?
Take a piece without spices, bad chicken then smells really clearly sour-gammelig in my opinion
Hm, I don’t know. From afar, I can’t say anything about it, especially as there are individual odor-inpterpretations. Look at the look.
It should smell neutral.
