The vegetables are very healthy. Just because the vegetables are very diverse & colourful. In nutrition it is important to eat the rainbow, as vegetables & fruits have different nutrients depending on their color.

However, such instant noodles are white flour products. Refined grain is never healthy because it has hardly any nutrients, is not saturated & not good for blood sugar.

Another problem is that such Asian instant soup noodles .i.d.R. much too much salt or sodium. This causes high blood pressure & colon cancer. In general, excessive salt consumption is one of the main reasons for nutritional diseases here in Germany.

In addition, the product also contains dyes, acidifiers and flavor enhancers. They don’t have to be unhealthy, but they can. If you want to know exactly, then google the E number, which is assigned to the respective additive. You can find them on the pack.

I’m afraid you’re making a lot of thoughts about your diet, but maybe not eating enough at the end. If it grows into a continuous state, it’s called an eating disorder nowadays. Therefore, I think it would be better, you either don’t make so many thoughts, or you turn to your doctor with your question.

Apart from the instant stuff, this is all very healthy but far too little. You should eat significantly more
