I had an eight-hour train journey last night, during which I fell asleep and therefore moved relatively little. Since then, I've had muscle-ache-like pain in my left leg (squat/thigh). Otherwise, I don't have any of the typical symptoms of thrombosis. Now I've noticed this blue vein. Could it be a thrombosis?
