If so, when and where? They were practically extinct. They've now reappeared in certain regions. In Hesse, they're even said to be a plague. I last saw one about 30 years ago.

That was a strange noise. It sounded like a cordless screwdriver, only quieter, coming from my sister's room. Hopefully it wasn't an animal or something. But it could also have just been something that almost fell down and it went down a bit or something. or did I just imagine it?
I can't find any pictures of this tick that clung to my hip. What kind could it be?
I saw this on my way to school today and that's the only explanation I can think of.
